The Philosophy
The Connector’s Way is a philosophy and a mindset born out of the belief that great relationships are the difference between success and failure in business.
The Book
Patrick Galvin’s The Connector’s Way follows the journey of a struggling business owner who discovers seven simple yet powerful rules for building business one relationship at a time.
The System
The Connector’s Way System provides individuals and organizations a methodical approach to improving loyalty, referrals and sales through better relationship building.
Cohort Coaching Program
The Connector’s Way Cohort Coaching Program is for high-performing individuals and teams that are committed to achieving business success through better relationships and seek the expertise, accountability and support to meet their goals.
The Model
Connecting Cohorts are made up of four to six people committed to growth through relationships. Programs are customized to improve participants’ skills as connectors while holding them accountable to specific and measurable goals. Individuals and even teams benefit from the collective learning of the cohort and the relationship building momentum that the cohort generates. Individuals and even teams benefit from the collective learning of the cohort and the relationship building momentum that the cohort generates.
The Mechanics
Participants take part in three interactive coaching sessions per month for a total of nine sessions. Each session is one hour long and facilitated by a coach licensed from the creator Patrick Galvin. Sessions are conducted using Zoom video conferencing and are arranged at the beginning of each cohort coaching program with the understanding that participants will make time on their calendars for the duration of the program.
The Measurables
Members of a Connecting Cohort are asked to identify specific goals and objectives for becoming better connectors and to commit to making relationship building a priority throughout the program and beyond. Each participant will create a Connector’s Way Action Plan, a detailed plan of action that aligns relationship building activities with measurable goals and objectives.
