About Kristen & Carter
Kristen Williams is a business coach and runs a top real estate team in Austin, TX. She and her team have been recognized as one of the top real estate teams for nearly a decade in the Austin market. Kristen is the recipient of such awards as Austin Business Journal Top Producer Semi-Finalist for Real Estate 2013-2019, Platinum Top 50 Winner & Finalist 2014-2019, Keller Williams Platinum Award 2013-2019 and perennial top 10 team at Keller Williams #1 office. Kristen and her team have sold nearly 1,000 homes for over $200 Million in sales volume.
Kristen is the Director of Coaching for Xperience Growth Coaching since March 2019. Prior, Kristen was a Keller Williams MAPS Coach, coaching the top 1% of agents & teams across the country from 2015-2019. She is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Kristen lives in Austin, TX with her husband and business partner in real estate and coaching Carter, daughter Ellee and dog Luby.
Carter Williams believes coaching is more than a job or career, it’s a calling. When he has the honor and opportunity to help someone on their path to life-changing success, it’s confirmation that he’s where he’s meant to be.
As the Director of Coaching for Xperience Growth Coaching & Consulting, Carter is responsible for leading the company’s programs, working directly with select coaching & consulting clients, online & in-person training, and growing the coaches & consultants on the team. He is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) & Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Prior to Xperience Growth, Carter was a Keller Williams MAPS Coach. In addition to coaching, Carter along with his wife Kristen run The Williams Team, a top real estate team powered by PLACE. Carter loves spending his free time with his family: Kristen, their daughters Ellee & Grace, and the family dog Luby.
