$500 Million Team Joins Xperience Real Estate

Chattanooga’s Charlotte Mabry Team partners with leading expansion business

PORTLAND, OREGON (May 11, 2018) — Xperience Real Estate, one of the fastest growing agent expansion businesses in the United States, has partnered with one of America’s top real estate teams.

The Charlotte Mabry Team, a Keller Williams team in Chattanooga, Tenn., has closed more than $500 million in lifetime sales. In 2017, the 16-member team closed more than 300 units for approximately $68 million in volume, generating more than $2 million in gross commission. Led by founder and CEO Charlotte Mabry, the team is teaming up another Keller Williams team, Xperience, to help power the next phase of its growth.

She brings to Xperience more than 30 years of experience as a real estate agent and operator. Passionate about training and education, she holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designations, and is a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) by the National Home Builders Association. She has been voted “Most Professional” by her peers. Mabry is also the host of the weekly call-in radio program “The Real Estate Doctor” on WGOW.

Suarez has expanded his business into 25 cities across 10 states, generating millions of dollars in annual revenue while building a strong culture through coaching, consulting, collaborating, and commitment.
