It is an honor to expand that mission to Southern Oregon in an office that has been a pillar in the Medford community for more than 13 years. This is more than furthering real estate businesses, it is also about providing buyers and sellers in Southern Oregon with the best trained and most knowledgeable local real estate experts who will deliver an unbeatable client experience,” Xperience Brokerage Network CEO Chris Suarez explained.
Suarez will step into the role as the primary Operating Partner, leading Team Leader Cheryl Faria.
“This is an opportunity to enhance career opportunities for the real estate professionals who call this office home — and open the door for many more to be able to grow their business and serve their clients with the best in industry tools. In addition to the outstanding leadership on-the-ground, the agents will benefit from enhanced training, coaching and resources that come from being a part of our network. Southern Oregon was an important piece of our vision to deliver consistent real estate consulting across the entire State of Oregon. I am excited about the growth they experienced in 2019 and look forward to using that as a springboard to jump to new levels,” Xperience Brokerage Network General Manager Leslie Hilbert concluded.
