Here at Xperience, we believe in Growth. A huge part of that growth comes from our love, well, our obsession with books. I have built my schedule around reading one book each week to bring back to the organization and share.

Every year, I put together a list of books that I have read over the previous twelve months and share them here. As I look back, it gives me insight on the growth of our team and allows me to set the new growth plan for the upcoming year. Of course, there are also a few books that I re-read every year…and those are not listed here. These were the new books of 2019. This year I highlighted MY TOP TEN that I believe had a pretty profound effect on my thinking and thus, on our organization. I will be putting together my notes on each of these ten in future blog posts, so please check back or subscribe to our weekly post below.

A list of books does nothing for you unless you first decide what direction you’d like to take your business or yourself…and then build an actual growth plan. I broke our list down into a few categories as well for easier selection.

This year was a lot of continued study on the brain, human behavior and promoting change. A couple of these books caused me to make some pretty major decisions…direction changing decisions…business changing decisions…life changing decisions…More to come on that!

Happy reading!!
