KW Young Professionals Leader Joins Xperience Brokerage Network

Katie Hardman Named Team Leader for Keller Williams Realty Professionals

Portland, OR — The Xperience Brokerage Network announced today that Katie Hardman has been named the Team Leader and CEO for Keller Williams Realty Professionals, an Xperience Network brokerage in Portland, OR. Katie also serves as the KW Young Professionals Manager (KWYP) for Keller Williams Realty International. As Team Leader, Katie will be responsible for leading the brokerage, attracting talent and consulting with mega agents to help them grow their businesses. Keller Williams Realty Professionals is on pace to be #1 in the City of Portland for 9 years running and has sold more homes and more real estate volume than any other single office brokerage in the city.

Katie, a graduate of California State University–Fresno, has more than a decade of experience in the Keller Williams system both on the brokerage side and the corporate side. Before leading KWYP, Katie served in a series of Market Center leadership roles at Keller Williams Realty Fresno, where she started as a Director of First Impressions, was promoted to Agent Services Coordinator and grew to be the Assistant Team Leader. As a young Market Center leader, Katie demonstrated strong support for and leadership within the KWYP community. The corporate headquarters recruited her to Austin to formally lead KWYP’s international growth.

“I have been impressed with Katie’s growth of KWYP, especially her intentional focus on developing local chapter leaders and her commitment to helping them identify growth opportunities within the Keller Williams system,” said Chris Suarez, CEO of Xperience Real Estate and the Xperience Brokerage Network. “We are fortunate to have a leader like Katie who brings expertise and experience at the corporate level and in the field. She understands how to help agents with their business challenges, how to grow real estate businesses and how to lead people. It’s the perfect opportunity to leverage her skills and experience.”

Xperience Real Estate and the Xperience Brokerage Network have strong ties to KWYP.

Two of the founding members, Alex Frank and Phil Gazca, are part of Xperience Real Estate. Holly Priestner, Xperience’s Director of Talent Acquisition and Development, was the first KWYP leader at the corporate level and recruited Katie Hardman to be her successor when Holly served as Vice President of Keller Williams Realty International. Xperience CEO Chris Suarez has been a KWYP member since its inception and has been a frequent speaker at its events.

“It is a natural fit to be a part of an Xperience Brokerage,” Katie said. “Their leadership team consistently provides meaningful support to KW Young Professionals and is 100% committed to the mission of building future leaders. I look forward to leveraging their network and resources to further this mission while also embarking on a new part of my growth journey.”
