Dawn Sroka Named Director of Operations for Xperience
PORTLAND, OR (February 21, 2020) — Keller Williams Xperience Real Estate Network announced today that Dawn Sroka has been named Director of Operations for both Xperience Real Estate and Xperience Growth Coaching.
A 15 year veteran of Keller Williams Realty International (KWRI), Sroka was ready to launch her next phase of growth by taking what she learned from working with company leaders at corporate and applying it to a field facing, more entrepreneurial opportunity within Keller Williams. As Director of Operations for Xperience, Dawn will now be responsible for leading all operations and the operations team for Xperience Real Estate and develop operations systems for Xperience Growth Coaching.
During her tenure at the corporate headquarters, Sroka was responsible for executing a variety of significant projects including Gary Keller’s The ONE Thing Book Tour and most recently, orchestrating Family Reunion and Mega Camp breakouts, directing Keller Williams’ live stream education and leading Keller Williams University’s (KWU) Master Faculty Program.

One of Xperience’s key values is relationships and Sroka is well-known in Keller Williams for cultivating and maintaining authentic relationships. In addition to her connection to Suarez, Sroka also worked with Xperience’s Director of Talent Acquisition and Engagement Holly Priestner who previously served as Vice President of KWRI.
