PORTLAND, OREGON (April 27, 2018) — Xperience Real Estate, one of the fastest growing agent expansion teams in the United States, has hired Holly Priestner as its first Director of Talent and Engagement. Priestner will lead talent acquisition and branding, partner engagement, and talent development consulting for real estate teams joining the Keller Williams-affiliated Xperience Real Estate. Based out of Austin, she will also serve as Xperience Real Estate’s Regional Director for Central/West Texas.

Priestner joins Xperience from the corporate headquarters team at Keller Williams Realty International, where she served as Vice President of the world’s largest real estate franchise. She previously held leadership roles as Head of People and Director of Talent Acquisition. Among her achievements, Priestner developed the award-winning corporate recruiting brand LifeAtKWRI and personally recruited key leadership hires, including Chief Innovation Officer Josh Team. Priestner is a summa cum laude graduate of Texas Tech University and has an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
