1. YOU DON’T WANT TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS.Their bills are paid and they don’t see a need to build their business. They don’t spend a lot of time improving their business practices. They believe if they grow, they will experience more stress.Without growing and adding to your database, you are putting your business at risk. Your current customers will end up with competitors or decide they no longer need you. Saying you don’t want to grow is just another way of saying you don’t know how to grow.

2. YOU’RE RELYING ON REFERRALS AND REPEAT BUSINESS.That isn’t real! Relying on referrals is a bad idea. Even if people like you and your business, it is not their responsibility, nor do they think it is, to pass on your information. They have a lot on their minds. They are just not thinking of you. Saying you grow through referrals is another way of saying you dont know how to grow. You have to realize, to grow lies solely on your shoulders…not theirs.

3. YOU BELIEVE YOU’LL FIGURE IT OUT.How often do we learn something, plan to do it, and then never apply it? We have to learn from others…and not believe we can figure it out on our own. You can spend 10 years figuring it out on your own, or you can take a short cut and rely on experiences of those that have gone before you.

4. YOU DO EVERYTHING YOURSELF.You tend to try to do everything yourself…If that’s the case, how do you determine what things you will do each day? Why are you doing all of them?
