On the 2018 REAL Trends/Wall Street Journal “The Thousand” ranking of America’s most successful real estate teams,
Xperience Real Estate climbed 32 spots from No. 221 in 2017 to No.189. The Portland, Oregon-based team — which serves buyers and sellers in more than two dozen cities across the United States — increased its year-over-year sales volume by 27 percent. Xperience was one of 78 Keller Williams teams to earn a place on the list.
“We’re honored to be in business with a group of talented agents who are experts in their local markets and committed to providing an exceptional client experience,” Xperience CEO Chris Suarez said.
Thanks to continued strength in most real estate markets, the teams on the REAL Trends/Wall Street Journal list achieved record sales in 2017 — a 9 percent increase over their collective sales volume the previous year. Xperience generated 3X that growth. It not only outperformed the overall market. It out-produced the top teams.
Moreover, because REAL Trends bases its rankings on production as of Dec. 31, 2017, Xperience’s numbers do not include the contributions of mega agent teams like the Christine Ricci Team that have partnered with Xperience in recent months. Another new Xperience partner, the Charlotte Mabry Team, for example, is No. 237 on the new REAL Trends/Wall Street Journal list of top agent teams by closed sides after helping buyers and sellers close 323 transactions. To put that figure in perspective, the average U.S. real estate professional closed 8 transactions in 2017 according to REAL Trends President Steve Murray.“With all of the dynamic teams that are partnering with Xperience to leverage our coaching, consulting, collaboration, and commitment, we intend to keep growing our business so we can create new opportunities for our people and their clients.Learn more about opportunities to partner with Xperience.
